Why is this a thing?

When the patch about vacuum stunning was out. Wind was strong enough and didn’t need any more buffs. But with claw added to the combo. It is overkill. Some tweaks needs to be done to make it strong enough but not too weak either. This was a player on 150 int wich is not representative of the average nin player but on 100 intellect a wind combo deals around 500 damage since Claw Happened. 
 

-Taking off the stun on vacuum or replacing it by a silence could help.

- A severe damage nerf on claw would be needed too since it already knockbacks and does bleed effects.

That 4 second cool down on poison scalpel needs a nerf.

Vacuum should not have any CC whatsoever if it remains an instant cast jutsu. Either give it a run cast and make the first sphere stun or remove the stun completely and make it just a damage jutsu. Wind Claw should be a run cast jutsu as well but lose the selfstun it has.

There's also the issue of drilling air bullet hitting 3 times if a player lands it from the side (hard to understand what I mean if you never seen it, but I assume you know what I mean) and it does a shit ton of damage, especially with higher int builds.

Wind needs some balance, it has too much shit - dmg,ranges,stuns, homing and a bleed effect lol. Plus air bullets being bugged when u change direction after casting them (which results in triple hit) needs to be fixed.
But Medics poison scalpel is ridiculous. only 4s and its a great jutsu for initiating and starting combo. It works with flicker and sub punish. Ive also noticed its executing quicker than other interrupts somehow (not only via my gameplay). When it comes down to people trying to cast some stuns/interrupts in the same time, poison scalpel always registers first(feels quicker).
