Ways it is exploited:

1. Imagine being from sand/mist having docs mission, you successfully got the docs, do you take the long road back? - No.

• You take the shorter and safer road and lie to the bot test at the casino, getting a TP without BI back to your hosp. This example goes with any mission that does not allow you to die to complete it.

2. Raiding Leaf, you do a raid and now it's time to go, do you take the short safe road or the long potentially dangerous road?

• Na you pull the lever a few times and back at your village you are! Anyone being chased in the territory can just run and get a teleport back to their hospital. 

Solution

Make it give battle injuries and fail the mission.

yea killing the player best move honestly cuz the abuse has been real with that boot system , ive seen rogues run to casino after beign chased just to tp back to takumi hospital and even with missions such as hokage spy missions and docs.
