Sword enhancing

The concept that was shown in Sand village puppets where you could farm drops to enhance existing lower level swords was quite interesting so I thought it would be interesting to add even more weapons like those. There are some unique drops that never had much use in game so I thought of a cool way to use them. 

Yukikata - a frost infused blade which can stop even the mightiest opponent in his tracks. Crafted from a Shirokata, 100 Iron pieces and 15 Glacial Bear Paws. Has a 50% chance to stun the opponent for 0.5 seconds. 

Yotte Kyuketsuki (Drunk Vampire) - a frenzied sword that has drunk the blood of countless enemies. Crafted from a Kyuketsuki, 50 Iron Pieces and 30 Blood Vials. Gives hp regen, has better speed and damage than regular Kyuketsuki.

Good idea this gives more use to the old sword and makes the high-level player want to get it.

Nice use for glacier bear paw but might make it harder for lowbie to do mission since it's 30 min spawn timer.Like how lowbie wants to do the tanuki mission in mist but someone is always camping it on a timer.

simple solution add another glacier bear mob
