Sounds like a great a idea but you must also consider how hard it might be for Rory to code and then make the animations and all kinds of other stuffs like the level of a certain justu and how the may compliment each other

I agree with all of these things and also a point that seems to not have been mentioned is who will be the Jounins that will lead the 3 men cells and what if they become inactive?
