    Well, I am, and will always be opposed to player made clans. It would hurt me if I were to see some troll clan named xXx_PusyyDestroyers_xXx walking around the town So yeah, proceed with preset clans, many people prefer that.

    @kur No it is not. It is fine. It is not too epensive but it will keep lower levels of those exams. 15k k is actualy perfect. Works like a charm.

    @Teasky2 Cost will not be lowered. Price is fine. 5k ryos per one person (in total team of 3 persons - 3 × 5 = 15) So 15 k per team is not that much but it will prevent level 15-25 joining.

    @VestaOrion I am not Rory but I am pretty sure you need your team as it follows chunin exam shown in Naruto which REQUIRED to have team of 3.
