Good idea. However, as I'm sure you agree, some silver ninja do not deserve their silver ninja ranking. In my opinion, there are some respectable ones who got it through their hard efforts whereas others were just given it, despite not exactly being "role models" for the community, which is what the silver ninja role is supposed to symbolize, as far as I recall. Overall though, pretty cool.

The current swords that have a requirement of 100 strength are both rare swords with no benefit to them. As Dona's post points out, you are better off investing 10 extra points to get one of the much more powerful swords. And if you prefer a tankier build, you could just stick to the scythe, which has good damage and is incredibly fast. Having such a high strength requirement without the proper reward puts these swords at an awkward position. A strength requirement of 85 is much more fitting for these two swords, as it would feel rewarding enough to invest that amount of points. Hybrids that like stronger swords can go for these while remaining a decent amount of health and chakra and pure Weapon Masters can use these as their main weapon like they are currently doing with the Scythe and Bone Swords. This will also give the weapon masters a lot more diversity, as they are very likely to be useful while still not rendering the Scythe, Bone sword nor the Blood Katana useless. Ironically, that is exactly the situation that the Shirokata and Bandit Blade have been put in due to the release of the Bone Sword, Blood Katana and the Scythe.

It is a much more interesting approach with preset clans, rather than the current "Family" system, that we (players) are using. It would lead to, as you state, more RP occurrences for players where RP normally wouldn't be a factor. For instance, a long-time rogue ninja could be a part of a noble Leaf or Sand clan, almost forcing them to RP with one another on an encounter.

There is only one server, as of right now. The Snake server is just a test server, whereas the Toad server is the official server, which I believe is located in Canada. So you do not have much of a choice.

There are a few here and there, though I will admit that, despite claiming it, Nin does not encourage a lot of RP. You do, however, have 5 RP missions available to you at all times as a villager of either Sand or Leaf, so that is a great thing for RP enthusiasts. You should aim for ranking up within a village, so that you can host these missions yourself. There is always a lack of these missions, so having someone who genuinely enjoys doing them would help the game overall. Naturally, it also helps you, since you seem to like RP. It's a win-win situation.
