  5. Hello, everyone! This topic was discussed already a few times but I in my opinion PB still needs a proper rework to be objectively competitive vs another orgs (12G and 7SM). Anticipating some arguments, I have to say that it's not that my opinion is determined by my current membership in PB. Even playing as a rogue I always thought that since the Great Puppet's colliding wave nerf (which indeed was too OP) PB was objectively less attractive and weaker than other orgs considering the stat buff and utility. I will support my opinion with the following analysis. I. Stat buffs 1. 12G Waistcloth gives +10 to all stats. For most ninja 3 stats (sometimes 4) are useful which gives +30/+40 stat buff that is used be 12G member. 2. Most of 7Sm swords give +20 stat buff (some swords a lot more). 3. Puppet Coffin gives +15 to fort. To sum up PB has the weakest stat buff. I don't think there is any logical explanation why it should be like that and it definitely should be changed to match the other org's stat buff. What can be done about this? This disadvantage is easy to repair. In my opinion Puppet Coffin should give at least +20 to fort. If you consider the buff of 12g Waistcloth or some of the 7SM swords buff it wouldn't be unfair to get the Puppet Coffin buff even higher (i.e. +25/+30 fort). II. Utility 1. 12G jutsu is a life-saving instant huge buff to hp. Even though it is only temporary, it's very useful for ninjas to get away from battle situations that would be otherwise impossible to survive. 2. 7SM swords give it's users constant feature that they can use every few seconds through the entire battle without any additional cost. 3. Puppet Coffin gives the ability to summon a Great Puppet that basically is a summon with lower cooldown (30s after puppet dies) and is casting low dmg jutsus. At the end of the day only useful jutsu that Great Puppets casts is Lightning Current but it's very random. I think we all agree that summons in this game aren't good concerning their AI. They are "stupid", they can be blocked by a tree or other obstacles. The result of this is that Great Puppet in a bigger teamfight dies after few seconds and casting maybe one random jutsu in the air. In addition it's move is so predictable that it's easy to avoid in a smaller fight. In my opinion PB feature is the least useful compared to other orgs. What can be done about this? I have to say that - in contrast to stat buffs problem - solution is not easy here. In my opinion Great Puppet summon idea is a bad one considering summons mechanic in this game. Good solution might be removing this summon and adding some kind of a PB jutsu with "puppet graphics". It might be offensive or defensive jutsu. Any ideas from the rest of community would be nice here. My ideas (based on manga/anime; mostly Sasori's and Kankuro's jutsus) are: 1. Puppet Technique: Prosthetic Arm Senbon - I don't know if it is possible to do but it could be an animation of a puppet appearing for a moment in front of the caster and casting a jutsu similar to explosive kunai. 2. Prepared Puppet: Eight Waves of Needles - animation similar to above but the jutsu could be similar to Kunai Shadow Clone Technique but with bigger damage. 3. Hiruko - caster would hide inside Hiruko-like (the one Sasori was inside of) puppet that would grant him temporary resistance to damage but would be snared at the same time (let's say for like 2-3 seconds). 4. Kuroari - caster would snare or stun an opponent for i.e. 2 seconds by summoning Kuroari (the one that Kankuro used) and do damage to him. I would love to know what you guys (especially GM's) think about this. Finally, I would like to mention that another flaw of the Great Puppet is that it simply looks freaking ugly Thanks for reading this! Sanshouo

Be warned that guild names cannot be changed and owners cannot be transferred without restarting. Guild Features Guild Perks Guilds comes with many cool features, like Guild Ranks, Guild Emblems, Bulletin Boards, Guild Chat Channel, Friendly Fire Toggling, Alliances and more, all unlockable through the Guild Perks System. Guild Emblems There are hundreds of customizable pieces to choose from to create your guild's unique emblem. With the current pieces, there are a whopping 400,000+ possible combinations of Guild Emblems to create, not even including color options! Creating a Guild Creating a guild can be done through the Guild menu by Gold & Silver Ninja. It costs 10,000 Ryo. Conclusion With this Nin Online is now complete faction-wise. You are born into the ninja world alone, but you choose a village to be born in, choose a clan (family) to be born as, join a corporation as an occupation and join or create your own guild, which is like your friend circle, and find teams to go on short-term missions with.   8. When you say transparency, you’re asking us to tell you want we’re working on at all times. When I told the community I was working on Advanced Masteries and then later changed priorities, I was harassed for years and mocked because no matter what hundred content and features were added, instead of celebration, it was met with “advanced when?”. I’ve learnt as a developer to just let players be happy when the thing is added and not hype things before they are done. Patreon was announced and close to nobody contributed. It wasn’t worth the time. The community doesn’t need to know what I’m working on. As far as everyone needs to know is that the game is being worked on and that shows based on how it’s been 10 years and I’m still pushing updates. I’m not one to promise anything and therefore encourage people to spend more money on the game. If they are happy with it how it is now, they should spend. If they aren’t, don’t. As a gamer myself, I don’t like preorders, one should not pay money on the promise of coming content. Pay when it’s there. Also, you say no communications, but there’s been spans of months where I’m constantly interacting with the community daily for months. But it’s tiring, I’m constantly mocked and harassed and spoken down to, there’s only so much one can take. You are hundreds of people, I am one person.

  9. Since 30 June 2023, as part of our leading up to our 10th Anniversary, we actually own ninonline.com! This comes after 10 years of negotiating with the company that was parking on the domain. The domain name used to belong to Nine-Inch Nails (Yes, the rock band) but was later bought by a company that was parking on the domain waiting for it to be bought. This is a common (though, technically illegal) practice done across the world. Nin Online has historically used ninonline.org not out of choice, but necessity, due to the .com being taken. .Org domains are supposed to be used for non-profit organizations, which doesn't fit what Nin Online is. Therefore, finally holding the .com (short for commercial) domain name makes more sense for us. After 10 years of negotiating, we finally got it to a point where they agreed to sell it at a reasonable price. While Nin Online doesn't need the domain name, it does do a little for our credibility to own our own domain name, and thus I decided to finally spend the still sizeable amount to take ownership of the name of our legacy online for real. The discussions have gotten pretty annoying (for both parties) but I'm glad it finally worked out. Just a mini win for Nin Online I wanted to talk about!

  16. Nin Online 2022 Recap Yet another year of active development! It's a little late, but I don't want to miss out on the annual chance to flex all the work that's been put into Nin Online. The past year has been riddled with challenges, but thanks to you, we worked out hundreds of long time issues that were reported by players in our issue tracker. In 2022 alone, we resolved over 300 Issue Tracker Bugs. Player Growth In terms of Nin Online's player base growth, in 2022, we saw 10548 new registrations across both NA and BR servers. Although this number wasn't as high as last year's, we did see a higher number of registrations that actually made it to at least Level 10 in-game. Balancing We put a lot of emphasis on balancing in 2022. Starting the year attempting to balance Nin Online with the help of balance surveys that collected statistics on what players felt about each part of balance in-game and give feedback on various areas of the balance. We used this data to attain a much more reasonable balance state before handing over the responsibility of balancing to the Player Balance Team spearheaded by @Raitou. The balance patches were a struggle to get out at first, balance patches needed to be vetted heavily because of demands that weren't possible, would break the balance entirely, or require entire new features. Some of those new features were added as a result of the requests from the balance team (eg. Life Steal, Chakra Steal, Fortitude Buff Reworks, Jutsu Stat Scaling Options etc.) Players complained that the balance team was doing it's job by telling me what to change, but I wasn't implementing them. Not knowing that the entire time I was actively in discussion with Raitou having the back and forth to come up with the list of changes that can actually be used. So at one point, I released our entire chat log on Discord to show what was going on behind the scenes. Overall, despite it's ups and downs, thanks to the balance team taking over, a lot less time was spent on balance by me personally, and more time to focus on adding features to the game engine. Content In all honesty, new content took a bit of a backseat in 2022, with more focus on enhancing, streamlining and generally improving the existing gameplay experience. But we still managed to do quite a bit in that area, here are some of what we did (including improvements) Level 40 Story Arc Release Story Arcs streamlining Story Arcs were hard to locate for new players, so we made them all begin and end in the Mission Assignment Desks. Sub-bosses (Angry Larva etc.) Trophies, including boss trophies The following changes were actually features that had to be added to implement as content, but I'll put them here simply because it fits neater into content from a player POV: Horoscope/Charms Rework Cloning Technique Life Steal & Chakra Steal on Weapons and Jutsu Fortitude Buff Rework Status Cleansing Items/Jutsu Jutsu that can destroy projectiles Exploding NPCs/Mobs/Summons Antidote Maker, Bandage Maker, Bee Keeper and status cleansing items sold by them Jutsu Stat Scaling Options, Jutsu with multiple stat scaling, scaling % Other general stats 100+ Items Added 44 NPCs/Mobs Added 6 new hairstyles added 3 new jutsu 17 new furniture 30 new maps Features Team Automated Tournaments Our automated tournament system that was added late in 2021 was expanded to include Teams and Team Brackets. Automated Tournaments start being scheduled We turned the automatic tournament system even more automatic by scheduling the server to automatically host tournaments every 6 hours! These tournaments vary in team size and arenas to mix things up. Minimap System Quick Login system NPC movement rework, A* Pathfinding, NPC running, smooth NPC wandering ImGUI added to engine and used for future UI Map requirements system, this was quite internal, but a major rewrite to how content was organized, and made restricting maps to certain people, like leaf ninja in leaf hospitals, clan members in clan houses, all done in one place. This was big feature and necessary change. Before this, debuffs could sometimes appear on the wrong player because of how badly coded it was. Fixed chakra charging being interrupted by traps Fixed a bug that was causing wonky Boss AoE range NPC Aggro Bug fixed where NPCs suddenly just stop aggroing players Notable Quality of Life Improvements Colorblind mode Revamped Buffs/Debuffs HUD + Buff Descriptions Chatbox was reworked, twice First time it just had the fade, then it was completely remade with new features like emote selection and click to PM, dynamic resizing. Stat reset warnings people accidentally used stat resets a lot before 2022. Confirmation prompts were added for a lot of things people accidentally did too, like leaving corporations. Hairstyle previews in cash shop previews Rotatable characters in hair dye and shops GM Tournament/Event hosting panels Before, GMs had to type long text commands to host events. We added a panel to streamline it. Silver Ninja got silver chat bubbles as requested Reworked on screen HP Bars, adding colors for alies, team members, enemies, zones and also Consistent server time based on real world clock Trade Requests and Party Invites reworked to be notifications instead of appearing under old chat box New Damage Number Messages (It used to just move upwards jankily) A lot of UI moved to ImGUI including Esc Menu, Run Indicator, Options, Cutscene Screen Flash, Report Window, Login Status UI, Tournament Brackets, Developer Editors, Confirmation Prompts, and one of 5 UI systems deprecated (WolfUI) Trade Requests no longer require you to stand beside tradee Plus 1 daily mission Hovering Item Drops for Names and keybind to reveal all Reduced Rain Effects Back End Improvements Improved server boot time by 100% GM Tournament/Event hosting panels GM Accountability features, like announcing all actions Improved Logging heavily New Map Editor Features Puppeteer Feature for admins to control other players (for debugging/testing mostly) But could be used for more in the future R.I.P Robin Perris (1991 - 2022) My game development partner, Nin Online's co-founder, mentor and my dearest lifelong friend, Robin Perris, left the world in late 2022. He was the backbone of Nin Online in a multitude of ways. Whenever a technical issue was too much for myself, Wolf, Seth, Abhi, Eddie - Robin would be the person we go to. He was my mentor in managing projects and set me on the right path to work on Nin Online back in 2013. He took over the project completely from 2014-2016 when I was in National Service. Robin Perris meant a lot to Nin Online, and Nin Online meant a lot to him as well. When he was a kid, he worked on a project named "NarutoRealm" that was the entire reason I started wanting to make Nin Online later. He taught mentored by through UI/UX, Programming and even Art at times. Robin was talented beyond his years, and was ahead of everyone in our community because he loved creating games and game engines to the point of obsession. Nin Online will never be the same without him. Rest in Peace Robin I'll never forget you, and I hope everyone who plays Nin Online at least hears your name once. For those who don't know the history of Nin Online, I'd like if you could take a few minutes to read this article. This video also explains a lot about who Robin and myself are and how we grew up as game developers. Conclusion Nin Online had an outstanding 2022 year of development, with probably the most features implemented in a single year since the start of the game's development. Thanks to the balance team, we also managed to reach a much more enjoyable state of PvP and PvE that players can (mostly) agree on. We ironed out a lot of major player reported issues, and added a ton of quality of life updates that players had been asking for. Look forward to a 2023 report with just as many or more updates as always! This article only sums up some of the development in 2022. There is a lot more that isn't covered. For the full patch notes, you can start on Page 34 of our Patch Notes. Unfortunately, we lost one of the most important people to Nin Online, my dear lifelong friend, Robin Perris. Nin Online will never be the same without you buddy. But It'll always be part of your legacy as much as it is mine.   17. Comparing puppets to other buffs such as 7sm 12g or even akatsuki they look like a joke. Let's be serious puppets, if they use a jutsu that HIT the opponent, it's a national holiday. (let's not forget this fat art puppets are 3 tile width so 1 tripples rn are crushing them ) The stats of the puppet brigade compared to other organizations are +15 to vitality where even anbu gets +30 stats if they only wear a sword, even if we play without it we get exactly the same stats as the puppet brigade +15 meanwhile pb (am I a joke to you?) 7 swords have overpowered auto attacks and or (+20 to stat or +10 to all stats or even + 50 like samehada). 12 diapers have such sustain from their skill that there are no words to describe it, you literally have to kill the guy twice. Not even have to mention + 75 stats for akat A stat boost, at least to even out the stats like +30 fort, is the bare minimum this organization deserves

We want to give players more fun events/contests with focus on rewarding them for their creativity, and to do so, we will be hosting contests like Best Dressed, House Design, Screenshot, Fanarts and more. Every 2 weeks or so I'll announce it on our Discord what contest it is going to be, and will also give you specific themes to follow (e.g. fire, pirates, fisherman) just to keep it a bit different every time.   21. Mission Adjustments Dailies I personally would like to see Daily missions fixed. Daily missions before level 25 do not give enough experience and then 25-26, you start getting all these un-accomplishable hunting missions that would give you enough experience. Then later on all you want to do are hunting missions and abandon the rest... - Remove lower level dailies from higher level roster (i.e. 31k relaxation for people needing millions of xp) - Increase experience for lowbie missions like hawk down that give less than grinding for the time spent. - Add more missions to the daily roster so it's not always the same thing. Arcs I think the arcs would benefit to some DLC. - Add a part 2 or extend missions to 20 arc/ toad arc/ 40 arc/ LOI. Side Missions Late 30s and 40s are pretty slow and could benefit from some side missions. - Add side missions to Sewers, Scarabs, Ant Hill etc I am happy to come up with some missions that could be added too just lmk if it's something worth investing in.

  28. From what it looks like they may of thought you was an ALT character trying to spy. A lot of times new players get mistaken for being an ALT since so many have done it and abused it to spy on other villages. Your best bet is to explain to the hokage that you are not an ALT and that you had no idea what was going on or like @Average said you can reset your character by going to the account manager npc and maybe try another village if you feel betrayed by how leaf treated. I do apologizes you had to experience this but sadly its a rough game for a new player. A lot of the time you will be accused of being a spy alt.

  30. Improvements to sorting of winners for tournament leaderboard It was previously only sorted by Tournament Wins. When it was a tie, it was sorting randomly. Now it's sorting by Tournament Wins and then secondarily, Match wins. I still want to prioritize Tournament Wins so as to not make smaller tournaments not worth much. Added an option to outright ban specific items and jutsu from tournaments Previously this was a pretty hacky conditional check to see if the item/jutsu belonged to a corp or had a high index. Now we can be more selective. As a result, some things that were previously unequipped like Akatsuki or ANBU clothes that didn't have stats will now be wearable during tournaments. Raid Points now affect Village Scores Obtaining Raid Points now contribute towards Village's Economy and Manpower Scores, losing Raid Points negatively contributes to your Village's Economy and Manpower Scores Tournament messages are less obstructive now, no longer showing on screen, only in textbox Now that the UI/HUD shows everything you need to know, it's no longer important to show it on screen Tournament notifications with "Join" button now display again Tournament notifications timing also increased to 20 seconds up from 10. The Ambassador: An NPC has shown up in Takumi seeking former leaders (Ex Kage), if you have the original Kage drip and still want to wear it you can get a version of the original from him. (Obviously does not apply to spars, tournaments, etc.) 5 - Mist should always be your priority over anything (Organizations, friends from other villages, etc.). So it is forbidden to do anything that could endanger a Mist Ninja or the Mist village. 6 - You are not obligated to help each single Mist individual, unless there is a village combat going on (wars and raids). Then you must help your village. 7 - You are free to use identity concealing items inside the village, but if any Higher Rank Ninja requests you to show your name, you must obey. 8 - The Shadow Council and Official Org Leaders are an extension of myself and are considered 2nd in Command of the Village. What they say goes. Breaking any rules will result in a punishment, decided by the Mizukage depending on the severity. Rules are subject to change. (2nd) Pardon Condition If you want to be pardoned again after asking for an exile. You must settle upon a meeting date with the Mizukage in his office, and explain WHY you deserve a 2nd chance. This pardon condition is subject to change. Blood Challenge If there is any Mist ninja that you think should be exiled, you can try calling them for a Blood Challenge. It's up to them accepting or not your challenge, but if they do, you will fight and the loser leaves the village. Any Blood Challenge thats accepted, should be informed to the Mizukage so they can watch the fight (Best of three rounds). After it's done, the Kage will exile the loser. If you got exiled by the Blood Challenge, and want to come back, feel free to ask the Kage (after 1 month). Blood Challenge is subject to change.   33. I personally think Jinchuriki and Special Techniques are extremely high priority, me and a lot others have been suggesting both of these things for YEARS. BUT!!! I think the highest priority should be Advanced Masteries. Hear me out, I know a lot of people have given up on this concept as a whole but think about how the older players would feel if Advanced Masteries were added, everything would come full circle. The addition of Advanced Masteries not only would bring back something that was promised, hot so many players hyped, then was cancelled, but it would bring something that this game sorely needs, DIVERSITY! This addition would easily take the game from being maybe 5 different mastery combinations (let’s me honest everyone just finds the meta and does basically the same thing) to countless play styles. Some people would have wood release, some Blaze Release, Lava, Storm, ALL of it. Not to mention the people who would go double wind for example and be able to finally use that Rasenshuriken that we’ve seen flashed around. Okay i’m done ranting but really take into consideration what this kind of addition could mean for the game and the player base going forward. Thank you for reading <3

  35. Server Live Properties System Used by Admins to be able to set server specific variables like what animations play when certain actions occur. Eg. Resting animation. Also has tons of settings like increasing/decreasing daily missions and Ninja Time Speed. Just moving a lot of hard coded variables to Nin Online to make it more flexible. RP Live Properties System This is used for GMs to set RP variables like whom is Kage, Council Members, Clan Leaders from in-game. Improved Noticeboard Notice board now displays Kage, Council Members and Clan Leaders Council Member Improvements Council Members are no longer just a title. They now will have all the same rights as a Kage, so they can stand in for the Kage. As the role of the Kage will increase in the future to manage more things that council members won't, there will be a difference once again. Clan Leaders Clans can now have leaders set by GMs for RP purposes. For now, the only benefit to a Clan Leader is managing furniture within the Clan house. Eventually, this will increase. Messenger Hawks now available for sale in each Aviary Allows players to send Village Broadcasts and even Global Messages for a price. You can only carry 5 of each at a time, so make sure to use them sparingly. Messenger Hawks allow you to send village messages up to 80 characters. Great Messenger Hawks allow you to send village or global messages up to 120 characters. Signboard Furniture There's been two new signboard items added to the Furniture shop that allow you to place signs with words written on them in your house, or around the village. I'm eventually going to also make it so you can decorate outside your houses! Animations for Blanks Enchanting These animations also appear for the people around you, so you know when your friend is having a bad rng day and can comfort them. Animations for Faming and Defaming others This appears above the famer and famee to make things more apparent. Storages Improvements Added Right-click menu to Storages and Drag and Drop capabilities to match Shops, Trades and Inventory (WIP) New Village Score System It's on the way to becoming a proper, complete feature. It's got proper editor integration and doesn't rely on the our event system. It currently displays on the noticeboard. It'll soon play a much bigger role in in-game political systems. The old score system will soon be deprecated. The old village score system was hackily placed together with existing in-game features at the time. It relied on giving items to players when they complete quests and then having an event in each Mission Assignment desk that would check for players with those items, remove them, and add them to a variable. Continuing working on Auto Chunin Exams Changes includes handling more edge cases. GM Panel having Ryo cost setting and added a Questions setup section for RP Panel for Council and Kage to set up questions that will appear in Theory Exam. Improved UIs for Quiz. Tournament Schedule, Ranking & Leaderboard You can now view tournaments scheduled, your total tournament stats, monthly stats, leaderboards and a "Hall of Fame" from the noticeboards in each village. Tournament Winner Monthly Reward On top of being added to the Hall of Fame, you will receive a mail with a reward for being the top ninja each month! This might be expanded later to include more prizes and participation awards. Item Cooldowns now visble in Inventory It was previously only visible in the Hotbar, which could cause confusion. Item Cooldowns now persist after logout Previously, relogging in would reset item cooldowns. Item cooldowns were added hackily in the early days. It's been done properly now.   37. We have been playing in takumi since lvl 10 and there has been only 2 akatsuki online. Takumi has no prescence execpt Fruit gang. It is time fruit gang has a rogue org to expand rogue influence beyond takumi wallls. We are 10+ members with no option to fight large scale armies from sand or leaf as we have friendly fire. Org leader can be Grape or Papaya.

Furniture Placing/Pick up Sound Effects Different furniture play different sounds when placed/picked up. Blessings from today onwards are now recorded so we can give out rewards in the future This is part of a plan to reward players who contribute a lot to the game by donating to bless the server and helping newer players. The monk in each village will tell you how many times you've blessed the server to date for now! Typing Emote When you are typing, it will now display a "..." emoticon to other players above your head to let them know you are "thinking of something". Raid-in-Progress Bar This is still a work in progress and will be improved with your feedback, but when raids are active now, a bar will show up displaying the progress of the raid. Variable Item Stacks Items can now be set (by developers) to allow for any amount of items as a maximum stack. For example, Ninja Tools will now be set at 50 max per stack, but allow for as many stacks as the player has free, while as an example, Toad Oils or Blood Pills can be set to a maximum of 200 per stack, and only one stack allowed to be carried at once. As a reminder, you can split & combine stacks with the shift key + dragging items. Note: Existing Stacks of Items that are above the limit will not be affected as a way to support legacy accounts without losing data. Storages Part 2 This is a big round up to changes in the beta storage feature. Storages can now only store a specific kind of item type. Eg. Consumables, Furniture, Weapons This will be useful when we want to make it so a weapon rack can only hold weapons and refridgerators can only hold food/potions. Added Ryo Storage to Storages Currency and All Item storages can now hold Ryo Public/Private Storages Storages can be set by the owner to be public/private, making it so anyone can access the items within it if they have permissions on the map. Furniture Updates Click on Furniture for Info Warning Messages for Picking up Furniture with Items Stored Furniture to store messages Signboard Furniture Feature These are explained later in the patch notes, but basically allow for Furniture to store text and use them in various ways. New Blank Scroll Sealing System You will no longer need to go to a Scribe to turn Blank Scrolls into Sealable Scrolls. You now just double click on Blank Scrolls and a menu will come up. Along with this change, Summoning Scrolls are now 1% chance for a single Blank Scroll instead of 10% chance with 10 Summoning Scrolls per roll. The old system is still there for the time being for people who prefer it. Sticky Pad Furniture Item Write and leave messages for other players! They are now available for purchase in all Furniture shops. Ninja Tools rework You can now hold up as many ninja tools as you can carry in your inventory. Each stack of Ninja Tools (eg. Shurikens, Senbons) can hold 50. You can hold multiple stacks. Refridgerators can now store Consumable Items Used Refridgerators have 7 slots. Sparkling Refridgerators have 20 slots. Tip: Use Alt + Double Click to store entire Item Slot in the storage. Added Monk To Takumi Village Monks sell World Blessings. Kaito from Takumi Village Tools Shop reworked He now sells packs of Kunai, Shuriken or Senbon at the same price as Item Packs, or a random Tool pack that can contain 100 of either of the 3 tools for an even larger discount! Storage Fix: Send Stored Items by Mail if Binded A retroactive fix, Items stored in storages that were binded before would disappear. In the first place, binded items should not be placeable within storages. This has been fixed since. Mail Mission Rewards if Inventory is Full Previously, if you finished a mission while your inventory was full, the rewards would drop on the floor or be destroyed. They now get sent to you via mail. Fix for players getting stuck in old death map with Sage of Six Path if no checkpoint has been set It will now respect your village's default spawn map. Fixed Getting on Bed Animation Old New This broke some time in the last few years and I hadn't had the time to fix it.

  40. Added Map Transition Animation options Important Notes!!! You can now opt to use only the first half of the map change animation to get a balanced experienced between visuals and speed. It disables the second half of the map change animation, where the black paint is swiping out of the screen. Part of this takes place when the map was already ready. It is still useful to keep it because at the start of you entering a map, if you move too quickly, sometimes you can get desynchronized with the server and cause some rubberbanding. But I added the option so people can see what they like more. You can also disable map transitions completely, but this is not recommended as your client hangs while the new map is loading and can look and feel bad.   43. Revamped Weather System (+Leaf falling weather) More optimized, more effects, less random. Weather now only changes every 10 minutes, so it's less erratic, and with lower chances for rain and quicker ending rain. There's also Leaves falling effects to match each season! Weather effects also don't end abruptly when the weather stops. (eg. Rain suddenly disappear) It'll finish flying off your screen before disappearing. Blessing now starts Sakura Petals Effect globally It ignores seasons, so even in winter, sakura petals will fall if a player blesses the server! (GM/Admins) Added weather commands GMs can now use /weather <weather type> <0-100> to start weather or /weather stop to stop weather effects. This will be useful for events if a specific weather is required. Storms now have lightning visual effects Screen will flash before thunder sound effect players, storms are rare, stronger rain weather events. (Admins) Improved Server Console Blessing broadcast messages are now pink instead of yellow Storages are re-enabled and stable now!
