This new server still needs serious optimization. I can only get a slightly better look around my character on a windowed screen. It is horrible to play.

Logically speaking agility not affecting weapon swing does not make sense. But I have not tested it so I do not know.

Event items should be items Rory does not care about getting abused to get. For new items he should simply add a new type of gameplay and currency with hard locked mechanics.

Beheading's close range and self stun is what makes it not really usable. Any deviation from this would make it better. It is the same for fire Vortex.

The alternative is just straight up losing a jutsu. Also, I agree that the prices for int wm to use their "jutsu" is annoying. Although I still worry about tweaks because poison scalpel > jutsu spam.

Fire I'd increase DoT for fire by 2 seconds. Increase hit-box for fire bullet to cover all of animation. (Between impact and user) Increase speed of fire dragon by 1. Increase Vortex range by 1 surrounding. GF Make MC/Palm combo impossible. Lose/reduce 350+s timer on Pressure Point. Add chakra drain on Pressure point. -
@Ueda please make pressure point usable. 350s or whatever it is when you feint or are canceled is horrible. :I

Poison Scalpel needs to lose it's stun. Poison in general needs it's DoT changed, as it's too easy to stack for a very long timer. Look at poor Fire's DoT. I mention this because it is annoying to wait a minute to map change when you outran the enemy to the other side of the map, but are just awkwardly sitting there until the army pulls back up....
