The Green War Armor will be on sale from 5th December - 5th January. After it's sale, it will not be available for purchase anymore, but will be tradeable in-game so that players can continue to obtain it.

Warning: Once it is claimed from your stash, the item is treated as a normal item, it does not return to the stash if you drop it or reset your character!
