The Advanced Lightning Cutter Technique is an evolved variant of the Lightning Cutter Technique. When using this technique, the caster moves instantaneously to their target over a distance of up to 12 tiles damaging the target and stunning them for 2 seconds. Although, unlike its predecessor, It allows the caster to move during the casting period, though at a slow pace. Upon impact, the user releases an electric discharge, stunning anyone caught in its area of effect, similar to the Lightning Current Technique. Compared to its predecessor, It requires a larger quantity of chakra to utilize but the increased range, along with the walk-cast, makes it easier to land in combat.
